国家质量监督检验检疫总局《关于公布2009年注销生产许可证的企业名单的公告》(总局2010年第9号公告)

    根据《中华人民共和国工业产品生产许可证管理条例》（国务院令第440号）和《工业产品生产许可证注销程序管理规定》（国家质检总局第93号令），因撤回、撤销、吊销生产许可证或其他法定情形，2009年国家质检总局注销了577家企业的生产许可证，现将名单予以公布。请各地质量技术监督部门进一步加强监管，确保重要工业产品质量安全。

According to Administrative Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Production License of Industrial Products (Order No.440 of the State Council) and the Administrative Provisions on Cancellation Procedures of Production License of Industrial Products (Decree No. 93 of AQSIQ), AQSIQ canceled production licenses of 577 enterprises in 2009, the list is promulgated as follows. All quality and technical supervision departments at various localities should further strengthen the supervision and administration, to insure the quality safety of major industrial products.
