国家质量监督检验检疫总局《关于食品生产加工企业落实质量安全主体责任监督检查规定的公告》(总局2009年第119号公告)

According to the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Implementation  of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Special Provosions of the State Council on Strengthening Supervision and Administration of Food and Other Products, and provisions of other relevant laws and regulations, in order to encourage food production and processing enterprise to implement the major liability of quality and safety, specify the work of supervision and inspection on quality and safety of food production and processing enterprise, to safeguard the quality and safety of food , AQSIQ formulates Supervision and Inspection provisions on Implementing the Major liability of Quality and Safety for Food Production and Processing Enterprise, it shall be put into effect as of March 1,2010. Please refer any question arised in the implementaion  to AQSIQ timely.
