Announcement No.32 of AQSIQ on Canceling 326 Food Production Licenses of 308 Enterprises

April 7, 2010

According to the Administrative License Law of the People's Republic of China and administrative provisions on cancellation procedure of industrial products production license, AQSIQ decided to cancel 326 food production licenses of 308 enterprises including Beijing Deshengyuan Mountain Spring Water Plant etc.(For details, please see the annex.)

 

The certificate being cancelled and the serial number of food production license shall both go out of service from today on.

 

It is specially noticed.

 

Annex:

 List of enterprises of which food production licenses are canceled.
