Announcement on Proclamation of  Overseas Suppliers for Imported Solid Waste Raw Materials with Valid Registration Qualification

In comply with Inspection and Quarantine Measures of Administration and Supervision  on the Imported Solid Waste for Raw Materials(AQSIQ No.119)and the Rules of Implementation on the Administration over Registration Qualification of Imported Solid Waste for Raw Materials  from Overseas Suppliers.(AQSIQ No.98 2009),AQSIQ reinforce the administration over registration qualification of  imported solid waste for raw materials from overseas suppliers ,now the announcement on imported solid waste for raw materials from overseas suppliers which is of valid registration qualification is published as follows:

一、The total of the valid imported solid waste for raw materials from overseas suppliers approved by the AQSIQ are 3159 up to 15 July 2010 (View the List of Annex).

二、the imported solid waste for raw materials from overseas suppliers which are not listed above and has been repealed , suspended ,written off by the AQSIQ shall apply to the AQSIQ for the renewal of registration 　in accordance with the stipulations of Rules of Implementation on Registration Qualification of  Imported Solid Waste for Raw Materials   from Overseas Suppliers.

三、The List of the Imported Solid Waste for Raw Materials from Overseas Suppliers which has been approved and valid up to last year will be promulgated by the AQSIQ at the beginning of the year.

四、Now the Announcement on Suspending to Import Waste Tissues from Two Australian Companies(AQSIQ No.89 2004)   and the following 65 ones(Annex2)  shall be abolished from the date of promulgation simultaneously.
