                     关于允许从口蹄疫国家进口相关产品的公告

For the purpose of preventing afference of foot-and-mouth disease and protecting animal husbandry safety and human health of our country, the General  Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the Ministry of Agriculture issued announcements successively to ban the import of related animals and animal products from countries or regions of foot-and-mouth disease.

Based on the assessment results of risk analysis, from today on, the banning measures on the import of dairy products caused by the problem of foot-and-mouth disease shall be canceled. Dairy products from countries and regions occuring foot-and-mouth disease are permitted to import into China provided that they shall be made from healthy animals, shall be processed and shall not transmit or bring foot-and-mouth disease virus. Import dairy products must be in conformity with provisions of related laws and regulations of our country otherwise shall not be allowed to enter the border.  

Dairy products that are allowed to be brought by passengers and posted are limitted to milk powder only.   

为防止口蹄疫传入，保护我国畜牧业安全和人体健康，国家质量监督检验检疫总局和农业部曾先后发布公告，禁止从口蹄疫国家或地区进口有关动物及其产品。

根据风险分析评估结果，从即日起取消因口蹄疫而对奶制品采取的禁止进口措施，允许从发生口蹄疫的国家和地区进口来自健康动物、且经过加工处理不能传带口蹄疫病毒的奶制品。进口奶制品必须符合我国有关法律、法规的规定，不符合要求的不得入境。

允许旅客携带和邮寄的奶制品仅限于奶粉。
