Helth Ministers of China, Japan and Korea signed a jointly declaration in Tokyo, aiming to accelerate various aspects of issues relating prevention against influenza and food safety.  

 

The ministries from the three nations signed the memorandum on the food safety. Either of the three nations is liable for promptly notifying to the other two nations the food safety information according to the memo. The three nations will establish the organic cooperation mechanism and commonly share the information covering cause to the occurrence of problems on food safety and prevention against countermeasures preventing the problems occurring once again. Besides, they will send technical experts for exchange,  exchange food safety laws as well as latest information on the perspectives measures of inspection. The system shall be effective from the date of signing of the memo and the valid year is 5 years.

 

It is understood that this is the first time for the China,Japan and Korea to establish the cooperation mechanism on food safety. The beginning of the meeting of Ministers from the three nations was in 2007, firstly based on building cooperation system of prevention against the epidemic.

                  

                          

 

 

中日韩三国卫生部长23日在东京签署了一项共同声明，旨在推动三国在防治新型流感、食品安全问题等各领域的信息共享。

       当天，三国部长还签署了一份关于食品安全的备忘录。根据此备忘录，三国中的任何一方发生有关食品安全的问题都有责任迅速地向其他两国进行通报；三国将建立一体的合作机制共同分享有关食品安全问题发生的原因和预防再次发生的对策等信息。此外，三国还将互派技术专家、互换各国食品安全法、食品检验方法等领域的最新信息。这一合作机制从备忘录签署当天起生效，有效期为五年。

       据了解，这是中日韩三国首次建立关于食品安全的合作机制。三国卫生部长会晤开始于2007年，最初以建立三国防止传染病的合作体制。本次是该会晤第三次举行。
