CIQA President Mr. Ge Zhirong met with Guests of CAFC

On April 19, 2016 Mr. Ge Zhirong, President of the China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association (CIQA) met with Mr. Eric Grande, President of the Conseil Agro-alimentaire France (CAFC), Mr. Daniel Sauvaitre, Secretary General of CAFC and the visiting group of CAFC.

CAFC is a non-profit making organization composed of the French National Dairy Industry Association (CNIEL) and the Frech Fruit and Vegetable Cross-Industry Council (INTERFEL).

Since June 2015 when CIQA and CAFC signed a MOU, mutual communicaitons between the two sides carried out frequently.

Major participants in the meeting including Mr. Wang Junbing, Secretary General of CIQA, Ms. Xu Liyan, Division Director of the Food Safety Bureau of AQSIQ, Mr. Luo Jun, Deputy Division Director of the Animal and Plant Department of AQSIQ, Ms. He Xiaoqun, Deputy Director General of the Department of Registration of CNCA.

The two sides highly appreciated cooperation and achievements won in the fields of dairy and fruit between China and Frence, fully exchanged idears on problems of mutual concern, discussed working tasks for the next step of cooperation.

Mme. Guo lisheng, Senior Advisor of CIQA and responsible heads of CIQA departments concerned participated in the meeting.

葛志荣会长会见法国农业食品委员会主席艾力克•甘德先生(Mr. Eric GRANDE)一行

2016年4月19日上午，中国出入境检验检疫协会会长葛志荣在京会见了法国农业食品委员会主席艾力克•甘德先生(Mr. Eric GRANDE)及秘书长丹尼尔•索维特先生(Mr. Daniel SAUVAITRE)一行。法国农业食品委员会(以下简称CAFC)是由法国国家乳制品行业协会CNIEL和法国果蔬跨行业理事会INTERFEL两大跨行业机构联合组建的非营利机构。2015年6月，我会与CAFC签署了合作备忘录，一年来双方互访频繁。协会王军兵秘书长，质检总局进出口食品安全局徐丽艳处长、动植检疫监管司骆军副处长，国家认监委注册部何小群副主任参加了此次会谈。双方高度评价了中法乳制品和果蔬检疫领域的合作及成果，围绕乳品、果蔬产品输华方面双方所关注的问题进行了充分的交流，并就今年双方的合作确定了下一步的工作任务。协会顾问郭力生以及协会相关部门负责人一同出席了会议。

法国农业食品委员会简介

法国农业食品委员会CAFC是由法国国家乳制品行业协会CNIEL和法国果蔬跨行业理事会INTERFEL两大跨行业机构联合组建的非营利机构。其使命是加强中、法两国农业食品方面的行业对话，促进两国政府及行业协会间的信息互通，实现两国间的贸易互惠。

CAFC的主要工作是推动法国农业食品，尤其是乳制品、苹果和猕猴桃在中国市场的发展。在法国驻华大使馆协助下，通过对中国农业食品法规标准和市场准入政策的了解以及中、法行业机构间的紧密合作，更好地满足中国市场对法国农业食品的期待。
