国家质量监督检验检疫总局《缺陷汽车产品召回管理条例实施办法》

（总局令176号）

The "Measures on Implementation of the Administrative Regulations on Recall of Defective Automobile" as was examined and approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quaratnine at its ministerial meeting on July 10, 2015 is hereby promulgated and shall be implemented as of Juanuary 1, 2016.

《缺陷汽车产品召回管理条例实施办法》已经2015年7月10日国家质量监督检验检疫总局局务会议审议通过，现予公布，自2016年1月1日起施行。
