CIQA President Mr. Ge Zhirong attended reception and met with German President Mr. Gauck

On March 22, 2016 Tuesday, at the invitation of Mr. Michael Clauss, Embassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to China, Mr. Ge Zhirong, president of China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association (CIQA) attended a reception at the German Embassy in Beijing. Mr. Ge Zhirong was guided to meet with the German President Mr. Joachim Gauck, shanking hands and taking photo togeher.

At the invitation of President Xi Jinping the President Gauck was paying a state visit to China. The reception was arranged by the German embassy in honour of President Gauck. In his speech, Mr. Gauck underlined the importance of China-German friendship and cooperation, expected the broadening of current bridge and deepening of bilateral relationship. Following Beijing, the President will visit Shanghai and Xian.

 

2016年3月22日，应德国驻华大使柯慕贤先生邀请，中国出入境检验检疫协会会长葛志荣先生出席了德国驻华使馆为迎接来华访问的德国总统约阿西姆 高克先生举行的招待会。在使馆人员引导下，葛志荣会长与总统先生亲切握手并合影留念。

高克总统是应国家主席习近平邀请来中国进行国事访问的。在讲话中他赞扬了中德友好合作的重要性，认为当前需要扩建现有桥梁和深化双边关系。继北京之后，高克总统将赴上海和西安访问。
