用约束系统实施强制性产品认证的公告

Acoording to "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation", it is hereby decided that compulsory certification shall be implemented on restraint system for child passenger in motor vehicles.
As of the date of September 1, 2015, no restraint system without certificate of compulsory certification and without marking the compulsory certification mark, shall be allowed to leave the factory, to sell, to import or to be used in other business operations.
As of the date of September 1, 2014, the consignor may put forward an entrust certification to the appointed certification body for product certification. It is hereby announced.

根据《中华人民共和国认证认可条例》，现决定对机动车儿童乘员用约束系统实施强制性产品认证。
自2015年9月1日起，未获得强制性产品认证证书和未标注强制性产品认证标志的机动车儿童乘员用约束系统，不得出厂、销售、进口或者在其他经营活动中使用。
自2014年9月1日起，委托人可以向指定认证机构提出认证产品的认证委托。
