AQSIQ issued announcement no. 2, 2014 on January 9, 2014 stating that a number of serious non-conformity environmental protection items have been discovered by the local inspection and quarantine authorities in the imported waste raw materials since October 2013. Aiming at protecting environment and ecological safety of our country, and based on provitions in Article 51 of the Regulations on Implementation of the Law of Import and Exort Commodity Inspection, registration number of 2 overseas solid waste suppliers shall be annulled as of the date of issue of this announcement. The 2 said suppliers include ELITE MAX CO. LTD. (Registration No. A 158080329) and TIN MAN CO (Registration No. A 840041733) .

2013年10月以来，各地检验检疫部门在对进口废物原料实施检验检疫监管过程中发现，ELITE MAX CO. LTD.（力豪环科有限公司）（注册登记号：A158080329）进口废塑料环保项目严重不合格，TIN MAN CO（注册登记号：A840041733）进口废塑料中夹带干的濒危野生动物海马，违反了《进口可用作原料的固体废物检验检疫监督管理办法》（质检总局第119号令）的规定。

为保护我国环境和生态安全，防止境外有毒有害废物向我国转移，维护进口废物原料的贸易秩序，根据《进出口商品检验法实施条例》第五十一条的规定，现公告如下：

一、自公告发布之日起，撤销下列进口可用作原料的固体废物境外供货商的注册登记资格。

二、对公告发布之日前装运（以提单签发日期为准）的上述企业所供废物原料，检验检疫部门应实施全数检验。
