 AQSIQ Announcement on Ajustment of Requirements on Senior docimasters in the Ratification Rules on Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Agencies

质检总局关于调整《特种设备检验检测机构核准规则》中有关高级检验师要求的公告

According to provisions on Examination Rules for Special Equipment Inspectors (TSG Z8002-2013), the special equipment inspectors shall be graded as inspector and docimaster. To ensure the implementation of the  work on rectification of special equipment inspection and testing agencies, the related requirements on Ractification Rules for Special Equipment inspection and testing agencies (TSG Z 7001-2004) is modified as follows:

1. The requirements on qualification and number of senior docimaster referred to in the Ractification Rules for Special Equipment inspection and testing agencies shall be canceled.

2. In the conditions of the factification items, all those requirements on the number of senior docimaster in an inspection agency shall be modified as shall have the same number of docimaters of the corresponding items. The modified total number of docimater required by the rectification item should be the total number of the origional senior docimasters plus the origional docimasters.

This modification shall be implemented as of June 1, 2013.

按照《特种设备检验人员考核规则》（TSG Z8002-2013）的规定，特种设备检验人员分为检验员和检验师。为保证特种设备检验检测机构核准工作的实施，现对《特种设备检验检测机构核准规则》（TSG Z7001-2004）有关要求修改如下：

一、取消《特种设备检验检测机构核准规则》中对检验机构高级检验师人员资格和数量的要求。

二、核准项目的条件中，凡要求检验机构必须具有一定数量高级检验师的，修改为必须具有相同数量相应项目的检验师。修改后该核准项目要求的检验师数量应为原高级检验师总数加上原检验师总数。

上述修改内容自2013年6月1日起执行。
