 AQSIQ approves qualification of abroad agencies undertaking pre-shipment inspections of  import used mechanical and electrical products  

 

质检总局《关于批准境外从事进口旧机电

产品装运前检验机构资格》的公告

 

According to provisions of Article 22 of the Implementation Regulations of the Law of the People's Republic of China on import and export commodity inspection, following an examination and approval, the related issues on approval of qualifications of abroad agencies engaging in pre-shipment inspection of import used mechanical and electrical products are hereby announced as follows:

1. Name list approved for qualification of the agency engaging in pre-shipment inspection of import used mechanical and electrical products: CHINA INSPECTION COMPANY LIMITED TAIWAN BRANCH.

2. The approved agency and its staff shall carry out pre-shipment inspection work on appointed import used mechanical and electrical products according to provisions of related laws and requirements of technical regulations of the state. 

3. Validation of this approval shall be from May 1, 2013 to April 30, 2016. Requirement for extension shall be put forward to AQSIQ 3 months prior to the expiration of this approval.

 根据《中华人民共和国进出口商品检验法实施条例》第二十二条的规定，经考核合格，现将批准境外从事进口旧机电产品装运前检验机构资格的有关事项公告如下：

一、批准进口旧机电产品装运前检验机构资格的名单：

香港商中检实业有限公司台湾分公司

（CHINA INSPECTION COMPANY LIMITED TAIWAN BRANCH）

二、经批准资格的境外检验机构和相关从业人员应按照国家有关法律的规定，依照国家有关技术法规的强制性要求，从事指定的进口旧机电产品装运前检验工作。

三、批准有效期自2013年45月1日至2016年34月310日。期满要求续延的，应在有效期满前3个月向国家质检总局提出续延申请。
