质检总局关于撤销YHK ENTERPRISE LIMITED进口可用作原料的固体废物国外供货商注册登记资格的公告

AQSIQ issued an announcement on January 11, 2013 as follows:

According to provisions of the "Administrative Measures on supervision of inspection and quarantine of solid wastes that can be used as raw materials" (AQSIQ Decree No. 119), the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quatantine of the People's Republic of China carried out field inspection to the YHK ENTERPRISE LIMITED (Registration No. A124120209) and determined non-conformity of field inspection. According to provisions of Article 5, Article 24 and Article 26 of the "Implementation rules on the registration of foreign suplliers for importing solid wastes that can be used as raw materials" (AQSIQ Announcement 98, 2009), it is hereby announced that:

1. From the date of issue of this announcement, the registration qualification of YHK ENTERPRISE LIMITED  (Registration No. A124120209) shall be revoked.

2. The above foreign supplier can submit an appeal to AQSIQ within 60 days from the date of issue of this announcement.

3. Inspection and quarantine authorities at all localities shall carry out strict control and prohibit waste materials supplied by the above mentioned enterprise from entering into the country.

  根据《进口可用作原料的固体废物检验检疫监督管理办法》（国家质检总局令第119号）规定，国家质检总局对YHK ENTERPRISE LIMITED（注册登记号：A124120209）实施了现场检查，并判定其现场检查不合格。

根据《进口可用作原料的固体废物国外供货商注册登记管理实施细则》（国家质检总局公告2009年第98号）第五条、第二十四条以及第二十六条的规定，现将有关事项公告如下：

一、自公告发布之日起，撤销YHK ENTERPRISE LIMITED（注册登记号：A124120209）进口可用作原料的固体废物国外供货商的注册登记资格。

二、上述进口可用作原料的固体废物国外供货商可在本公告发布之日起60日内向国家质检总局提交申诉。

三、各地检验检疫机构应严格把关，禁止上述被撤销注册登记资格的企业所供废物原料入境。
