AQSIQ announcement on permission of Finnish oat entry into China
Announcement No. 94, 2013
In October 2011, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ) and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Finland signed a protocol on requirements of plant quarantine for the Finnish oat entry into China. Recently the two sides reached agreements on related technical issues for the implementation of the protocol, from the date of issuing of this Announcement, the Finnish oats that in conformity with provisions of the Protocol and inspection and quarantine requirements of our country shall be allowed to enter into China.

2011年10月，中华人民共和国国家质量监督检验检疫总局和芬兰共和国农林部签署了《中华人民共和国国家质量监督检验检疫总局和芬兰共和国农林部关于芬兰燕麦输华的植物检疫要求议定书》（以下简称《议定书》）。近期，双方就落实《议定书》中相关技术问题达成一致，自本公告发布之日起，允许符合《议定书》规定和我国检验检疫要求的芬兰燕麦输华。
