Adjustment of Catalogue of entry-exit commodities subject to Inspection & quarantine
调整《出入境检验检疫机构实施检验检疫的进出境商品目录（2016年）》
AQSIQ and General Administration of Customs jointly adjusted the 2016 Catalogue of entry-exit commodities subject to inspection and quaratnine carried out by entry/exit inspection and quaratnine authorities
AQSIQ Announcement No. 81
According to the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Import and Export Commodity Inspection" and the implementation regulations of the Law, adjustment to the "2016 Catalogue of entry-exit commodities subject to inspection and quarantine carries out by entry/exit inspection and quarantine authorities" has been made by AQSIQ. It is hereby announced. Main contents of the adjustments are as follows:
1. Thesupervisory inspection and quarantine requirements B on toys, baby carriers and child safety seats (covering 15 customs commodity codes) shall be deleted, no exit inspection and quarantine shall be carries out by the inspection and quarantine authorities. This adjustment shall be implemented as of September 1, 2016.
2. Foreign trade enterpriese can inquire the adjusted "2016 Catalogue of entry-exit commodities subject to inspection and quarantine carries out by entry/exit inspection and quarantine authorities" through the "Infornmation Publication " column of AQSIQ website (www.aqsiq.gov.cn).
