 Joint Announcement on Linkage Adjustment of the Entry-Exit Statutory Inspection Catalogue Applied by the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Authorities and the HS Codes

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ) and the General Administation of Customs issued a joint announcenent on January 22, 2013 as follows:

According to the "Import and Export Tariffs of the People's Republic of China" 2013 and the adjustment of the Trade Control Directory, AQSIQ has made adjustment on the "Catalogue of import and export commodities subject to inspection and quarantine enforced by entry/exit inspection and quarantine authorities"(hereinafter referred to as the statutory inspection catalogue). Those import and export commodities listed in the statutory inspection catalogue shall be subject to the inspection and quarantine and supervision enforced by the inspection and quarantine authorities. Consigners/consignees or their agents shall conduct import/export procedures to the Customs with the "Goods Declaration Form for Entry Goods" and "Goods Declaration Form for Exit Goods" signed and issued by the inspection and quarantine authorities.  This Announcement shall be implemented as of January 1, 2013.

 

根据2013年《中华人民共和国进出口税则 》和贸易管制目录调整情况，国家质量监督检验检疫总局已经对《出入境检验检疫机构实施检验检疫的进出境商品目录》（下简称：法检目录）作了对应调整。列入检验检疫法检目录的进出境商品，须经出入境检验检疫机构实施检验检疫和监管，进出口商品收/发货人或代理人须持出入境检验检疫机构签发的《入境货物通关单》和《出境货物通关单》向海关办理进出口手续。

本公告从2013年1月1日起施行。
