China and Australia Initialed Protocal on Export of Chinese Grape to Australia

and Export of Australian Cherry to China

中澳双方草签中国葡萄输澳和澳樱桃输华检疫议定书

 On January 7, 2013, Mr. Huang Guansheng, Director General of Department of Animal and Plant Quarantine Supervision, AQSIQ and Mr. Rob Williams, Agriculture Counsellor (Technical) of the Australian Embassy to China initialed a "Protocal between the People's Republic of China and the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry of Australia on Plant Qarantine Requirements for the Export of Chinese Table Grapes to Australia" and a "Protocal between the People's Republic of China and the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry of Austalia on Plant Quarantine Requirements for the Export of Australian Cherries to China". This represents new achievements in the field of quarantine access of horticultural products following the realization of Chinese pear, lychee, longan,and apple exporting to Australia and the Australian's citron, mango, apple and table grape exporting to China which will surely promote development of mutral trade between the two countries.

2013年1月7日，国家质检总局动植司黄冠胜司长与澳大利亚驻华大使馆农业参赞卫伦先生共同草签了《中华人民共和国质量监督检验检疫总局与澳大利亚农渔林业部关于中国鲜食葡萄输往澳大利亚植物检疫要求的议定书》和《中华人民共和国国家质量监督检验检疫总局与澳大利亚农渔林业部关于澳大利亚鲜食樱桃输往中国植物检疫要求的议定书》。这是继双方实现中国梨、荔枝、龙眼、苹果输澳和澳柑橘、芒果、苹果、葡萄输华之后，在园艺产品检疫准入方面取得的又一成果，将进一步促进两国农产品贸易的健康发展。
