CIQA Friendly Personage Communication Successfully Held in Beijing

On May 6, 2016 the "China Ebtry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association Friendly Personage Communication" wa successfully held in Beijing. Nearly hundred distinguished guests from home and abroad attended the event.

Distinguished guests from home presented at the event including CIQA President Mr. Ge Zhirong, Vice Presidents, director-gerenarals from departments of AQSIQ and CNCA, Secretary General and representatives from CIQA.   

Distinguished guests from abroad presented at the event including minister-counsellors, counsellors, diplomatic officials from foreign embassies in Beijing,  foreign chamber of commerce, foreign industrial associations and industry representatives to China.

In his address, President Ge Zhirong underlined the feature of CIQA as an important foreign related social society in the trade and economic development field. He said from when it was first established, CIQA, bearing in mind with the working idea of "offering long term warm and thoughtful service", has explored exchange and communication relationship of cooperation with social societies and foreign institutions in China, played a good bridge and link role. He thanked all the friendly personage of various countries and nusiness departments of AQSIQ for their help and support.

Mr. Wang Junbing, Secretary General of CIQA  made a keynote speech. He described yesterday, today and tommorrow of the development of CIQA. He stressed the objective of CIQA to service the member enterprises,  service the government, serve the friendly cooperation cause between China and foreign countries, and to serve the state's economic consttruction and trade development.  

Mr. Roger Smith, Counsellor of the New Zealand embassy to China delivered a warm and constructive speech on behald of the coming foreign guests. He praised the good relationship between CIQA and the foreign partners. He appreciated the achievements that brought benefits to peoples of both sides.

In a peace and friendly atmosphere of having a common world and a common dream, Mme. Guo Lisheng, Moderator of the CIQA event declared close of the CIQA function.

    

中国出入境检验检疫协会友好人士交流会

 

2016年5月6日，中国出入境检验检疫协会友好人士交流会在北京隆重召开。本次交流会的主题为“携手共进,创造未来”。国务院参事、中国出入境检验检疫协会会长葛志荣出席开幕式并致辞。中国出入境检验检疫协会秘书长王军兵发表主旨演讲。驻华使馆及国外商会、协会等60多个国家、地区的代表和国家质检总局通关司、动植司、检验司、食品局、国际司、科技司、认监委等相关司局的领导共100余人出席此次交流会。

会长葛志荣在致辞中指出，中国出入境检验检疫协会是中国涉外经济贸易领域的重要社会团体，自建会起就本着“服务、热情、周到、长远”的工作理念，不断开展拓宽与各国包括社会团体和驻华机构的交流往来，就对内对外更好的发挥了协会桥梁纽带的作用。同时，协会取得的成绩也离不开各国友好人士和国家质检总局业务司局的帮助和支持！未来，协会将以“携手共进，创造未来”为的精神指引，为促进国内外经济贸易发展和人民健康安全做出更大贡献！

协会秘书长王军兵在主旨发言中强调，中国出入境检验检疫协会的宗旨是服务会员企业、服务政府、服务社会、服务中外友好合作事业、服务国家经济建设和贸易发展。中国出入境检验检疫协会的定位是在中国政府绘制的发展蓝图中，在全球贸易一体化的今天，瞄准国际合作领域，以“服务为本，创新发展”为主题，寓社会效益和协会发展于服务之中，并在改革开放的今天，在“一带一路”的合作发展理念下，在构建优进优出的战略规划中，在搭建科学规范的质量管理体系里，充分发挥好社会组织桥梁纽带的作用。同时，协会将紧跟时代脉搏，秉承“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享“五大发展理念，在做大做强现有业务的基础上，向更广更深的多元化领域发展。将始终坚持“服务至上”的办会原则，上能直接同政府沟通，下能同相关领域的企业对话，旨在为政府提供有价值的信息参考，同时帮助会员企业解决实际问题。并充分利用协会与会员企业、国外行业协会联系紧密的优势，研究制定相关领域的行业公约，探索行业自律机制。积极开展实时有效又惠民惠企的培训，研讨及交流活动。

同一个世界，同一个梦想，协会愿凝聚力量，不断开拓创新，构建以合作共赢为核心的新型社团组织间的对内对外关系，为促进国际经济贸易发展，维护人民健康安全，为促进国际合作发展做出贡献。

与会嘉宾新西兰农业参赞罗杰代表外方客人也发表了热情洋溢的讲话。交流会在一片祥和友好、愉悦轻松的氛围中落下帷幕。
